University of Kashmir PG and Law Courses Admission 2014-2015 (Distance Education)

University of Kashmir, Srinagar invites application for admission to PG/LL.B (Academic) and other PG Diploma courses for 2014 intake through distance education.

Certificate Course in Kashmiri

Eligibility Details:

MA English: The candidate must have passed graduation under (10+2+3) pattern with English Literature as one of the subjects and having secured at least 40% marks at graduation level from the University of Kashmir or from any other recognized University

MA/ M.Sc Mathematics: The candidate must have passed Mathematics as one of the subjects and having secured at least 40% marks at graduation level from the University of Kashmir or from any other recognized University

MA Urdu: The candidate must have passed B.A. Examination under (10+2+3) pattern with Urdu as one of the subjects and having secured at least 40% marks at graduation level from any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto

MA Economics: The candidate must have passed bachelor’s degree under (10+2+3) pattern with Economics as one of the subjects or B.A LLB (Integrated) or BBA/B.Com/B.Sc (math or statistics) (or) B.Sc Agriculture ICS/CA/ICWA having secured at least 40% marks at graduation level from University of Kashmir or from any other recognized University / Institute

M.Com: B.Com under (10+2+3) pattern BBA/BBM/BBS or B.A/B.Sc with P.G Diploma in Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy with at least 40% marks

M.A. Education: The candidate must have passed graduation under (10+2+3) pattern with Education as one of the subjects and having secured at least 40% marks at graduation level from the University of Kashmir or from any other recognized University. Candidates having B.Ed with at least 40% marks are also eligible for M.A. Education

LL.B (Academic): Graduate in any discipline passed from the University of Kashmir or from any other recognized University/ Institute

PG Diploma in Home Science: The candidate must have passed graduation under (10+2+3) pattern, having secured at least 40% marks from University of Kashmir or any other examination recognized by the University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

PG Diploma in Computer Applications: The candidate must have passed graduation under (10+2+3) pattern, having secured at least 45% Marks from University of Kashmir or any other examination recognized by the University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

PG Diploma in Tourism Management: The candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline under (10+2+3) pattern, having secured at least 40% marks from University of Kashmir or any other examination recognized by University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

PG Diploma in Business Administration: The Candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline under (10+2+3) pattern, having secured at least 40% marks from University of Kashmir or any other examination recognized by the university of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

PG Diploma in Business Entrepreneurship: The Candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern with at least 40% marks from university of Kashmir or any other examination recognized by University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

PG Diploma in Cyber Law: The qualification of the candidate must be:

i) Graduate in any discipline with (10+2+3) pattern

ii) Any Law graduate / LL.B (Professional)

iii) Possessing any other qualification / degree which are recognized by the University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

PG Diploma in Web Designing: The qualification of the candidate must be:

i) Graduate in any discipline (under 10+2+3 Scheme)

ii) Passed any equivalent examination of any University recognized by the University of Kashmir as equivalent thereto

iii) The candidate seeking admission to P.G. Diploma in Web Designing course (through Distance Mode) must have secured at least 45% marks at the qualifying level.

Certificate Course in Kashmiri: Candidate seeking admission to Certificate Course in Kashmiri must have passed 10th Class from recognized Board/Institution

Admission Procedure: Admission to all the above Programmes offered by the Directorate shall be purely on merit basis of the qualifying examination. Directorate shall follow the university reservation norms in all its Programmes
